Terms of Service

By installing and using Immensum Engine ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License & Usage

• License Grant: Subject to subscription validation or licensing terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software inside Google Sheets™.
• Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, attempt to disrupt the core server-side computation engine, or redistribute the Software without explicit authorization.

2. Service Availability & Performance

• As-Is Basis: The Software is provided "as is" and "as available." While our calculation engine is built for flawless mathematical fidelity, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted uptime.
• Data Limitations: You acknowledge that passing exceptionally massive datasets relies on active network connectivity to process inputs.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Licensing

Our subscriptions and licensing transactions are securely managed via Lemon Squeezy.

• License Validation: Active subscription keys are required to execute calculations through the Immensum Engine console sidebar.
• Usage Restrictions: Sharing license keys outside your authorized subscription seats is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of engine access.
• Cancellations & Renewals: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Access to the premium math engine remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Velaria Starfire or Recursive Roots be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
