Terms of Service

By installing and using Immensum Engine ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License & Usage

• License Grant: Subject to subscription validation or licensing terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software inside Google Sheets™.
• Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, attempt to disrupt the core server-side computation engine, or redistribute the Software without explicit authorization.

2. Service Availability & Performance

• As-Is Basis: The Software is provided "as is" and "as available." While our calculation engine is built for flawless mathematical fidelity, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted uptime.
• Data Limitations: You acknowledge that passing exceptionally massive datasets relies on active network connectivity to process inputs.

3. Subscriptions & Licensing

License keys are issued for account validation as displayed in the Immensum Engine Console sidebar. Sharing license keys outside your authorized seats may result in a suspension of engine access.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Velaria Starfire or Recursive Roots be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
